报告人简介🉐：Raffaello Castoria博士曾就读于意大利罗马大学（University of Rome “La Sapienza”）🐤，先后获得生物学学士学位（1987年）和真菌生物技术方向的博士学位（1992年）🛕，毕业后继续在该校从事教学和研究工作。2001年至今为意大利莫利泽大学（University of Molise）农天美植物病理学教授🚥。Castoria教授的研究领域聚焦于具有生物防治作用的酵母菌，致力于解析将它们用于抑制果实采后病原真菌的机理🧑🏻‍⚕️，优化生防菌剂的作用条件，以及通过生防菌剂清除酿酒葡萄、葡萄酒、果汁饮品中的真菌毒素。Castoria教授已经在Applied and Environmental Microbiology，International Journal of Food Microbiology，Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry，Postharvest Biology and Technology等植物采后病理与食品科学领域的重要刊物发表论文100余篇，Castoria教授还任职于意大利和美国植物病理学会（SIPaV⛽️，APS）、国际生物防治学会（IOBC）𓀍🙋🏻‍♀️，为植物病理学领域的诸多优秀国际刊物审稿，并在国际植物病理学大会（9th ICPP）等重要的国际学术会议多次做特邀报告。

 

 报告内容简介：The seminar will focus on: i) on the utilisation of biocontrol yeasts to prevent fungal diseases of stored fruits, with particular emphasis on the mechanisms that underlie the action of these useful microorganisms, and on the complex fruit tissue/fungal pathogen/biocontrol yeast (tritrophic) interaction; ii) recent findings on the possible use of biocontrol yeasts against mycotoxin contamination and relevant mechanism(s).
